EAGLE TRAIN PART 2

Good Evening!

I'm sending you some more sunny shots of our Eagle Express trip on this cold , rainy evening! I've taken the liberty of adding captions, so you can shoot the messenger if you so desire! LOL ~ DaveKay
.
I don't think that will be needed, you did very well.

Some of the "locals" were waiting to cross the road.

The train whistle frightened this youngster.

His mother, too!

One of the many delightful plantation-type dwellings that we saw along the route.

Different views of the Isaac Kuykendall House that was built in 1789.

A closer look at the stone work on the outer walls. As you can see, not a stone was wasted!

.
Although there weren't many eagles to be photographed, the lack was compensated for by the beautiful scenery, and the historical buildings of the area. I hope to have a few more examples of these in my next installment.
Enjoy!

Those houses are great. Is the Isaac Kuykendall House open to the public, private or just sitting there empty ?
.
Looking forward to our next 'trip'
SAFE TRAVELS EVERYONE
